Cookies on this site
Version v1.0 · Last updated 25 September 2026
We keep cookies to the minimum needed to sign you in and remember choices you make. We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies, which is why you don’t see a cookie banner: everything we set is either strictly necessary or set only when you choose it.
1Cookies we set
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Lasts | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
__session | Clerk (our sign-in provider) | Keeps you signed in. | Session, refreshed while you use the site | Strictly necessary |
__client_uat | Clerk | Records when your sign-in was last checked, so pages load correctly. | Up to 1 year | Strictly necessary |
__clerk_db_jwt | Clerk | Sign-in handshake while the site uses Clerk’s development domain. | Session | Strictly necessary |
mkt_consent | 404 | Remembers the marketing choice you made on the sign-up page until it is saved to your account. Only set if you interact with the box. | 1 year | Functional, set on your action |
Cookie names and lifetimes are set by the providers and may change; the purpose stays the same.
2Third-party services
- —Stripe: when you pay, you are taken to Stripe’s checkout page. Stripe sets its own cookies there for fraud prevention and to complete the payment. See Stripe’s cookie policy.
- —Fixr: on the Sessions and Events pages we load Fixr’s checkout widget so tickets open in a pop-up. Fixr may set cookies to run its checkout. The widget is loaded only on those pages. See Fixr’s cookie policy.
- —Google sign-in: if you choose to sign in with Google, Google sets cookies on its own domain as part of that sign-in.
3Local storage and the app
The site can be installed as an app. It uses your browser’s local storage and a service worker to cache pages and remember display settings. Nothing in local storage identifies you to us. If you enable push notifications in the app, a device token is stored by OneSignal so we can deliver the notifications you chose; you can turn this off in the app or your device settings.
4How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies will stop you signing in. Clearing cookies signs you out and resets the marketing choice cookie until you next save it.
