The terms you agree to

• —You must be 16 or over to create an account and 18 or over to book a trip or paid service in your own name.
• —Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• —Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. Names on trip bookings must match your passport.
• —We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used abusively.

• —Exercise carries risk. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for deciding you are fit to do so. If you have a medical condition, injury or are pregnant, get medical advice before taking part and tell the coach.
• —Follow the instructions of coaches and staff and the rules of any venue. We may ask anyone acting unsafely or abusively to leave.
• —Free community sessions booked through the site have limited places. If you can’t make it, cancel so someone on the waitlist can come. Repeated no-shows may lose you booking access.
• —Paid tickets for sessions and events are sold through Fixr. Your purchase contract for the ticket is with Fixr on Fixr’s terms; refunds and exchanges follow Fixr’s policy and the event listing.
• —We may change coaches, venues or times, or cancel a session, where we need to. For a cancelled paid event you will be offered a transfer or refund of the ticket price.
• —Sessions may be photographed or filmed for 404’s social media. Tell the coach if you don’t want to be included.

• —Trip prices, what is and is not included, payment terms and deadlines are shown on the trip page and at checkout. Read them before you book.
• —Deposits and full payments are non-refundable unless the trip page says otherwise or we cancel the trip. Where a balance is due by a deadline and is not paid, we may release your place and keep the deposit.
• —Where flights are not included you must arrange your own and make sure they fit the trip dates.
• —You must submit passenger details by the date we ask for them. We cannot confirm accommodation or activities without them.
• —You must hold a valid passport, any visas required, and adequate travel insurance covering the activities on the trip. This is a condition of travelling with us.
• —If we have to cancel a trip we will refund what you have paid us. We are not liable for costs you incur separately, such as flights you booked yourself, so please insure them.
• —Providers such as accommodation and airlines apply their own conditions of carriage and stay.

• —Point One programming and performance testing are sold as described at the time of purchase, with the price and what is included shown before you pay.
• —Performance testing is a physiological assessment, not a medical examination. Tell us before the test about any condition, medication or injury that could be relevant, and stop if you feel unwell.
• —Programmes are written to the information you give us. Follow them sensibly and tell your coach about injuries or changes.
• —Booked testing slots can be moved or cancelled up to 48 hours before the slot. Inside 48 hours the fee is not refundable unless we can fill the slot.

Payments are taken by Stripe or Fixr. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. If a price is obviously wrong we may cancel the booking and refund you.

Scores you submit to leaderboards, and anything you post through the site, must be accurate and yours to share. Leaderboard entries show your name publicly. We may remove entries that are inaccurate, offensive or infringe someone’s rights. You give us a licence to display content you submit for the purpose it was submitted.

The 404 and Point One names, logos, programmes, workouts and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own training. You may not copy, sell or redistribute programmes or other content.

• —Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
• —Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable when you booked, for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for business losses.
• —Our total liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you book applies to that booking. We will post changes here with a new date.

How we use your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there. If you have a complaint, email bookings@404ldn.com and we will do our best to sort it out.
